Whether an Executive Director seeking to inspire staff or a mid-level supervisor looking for a creative approach to managing — executive coaching can assist an individual in more quickly achieving personal or organizational goals. The process is easy and enjoyable, utilizing one-on-one brainstorming and discussion sessions, along with targeted challenges and leadership development.
First we decide the place a client wants to arrive and then work to get them there. Follow up sessions include progress check-ins, reviewing what is working and what needs to change and then discussing how to improve personal performance to expand upon existing accomplishments.
Through our coaching sessions, we keep track of the small details while maintaining our sight on the larger goals that the client has set for themself. Ultimately, the client becomes more accountable to himself or herself and less inclined to accept passive action and self-limiting behaviors. It’s these new skills that translate into higher levels of accomplishment and satisfaction — both for employee and employer.
